We used to play Forza Horizon 5 together, and I am forever grateful with Playground Games and their Drivatar technology, as I can always go back to Horizon Mexico to have one more race. It’s my way of having him around after being taken too soon.

Playground Games has chosen today, from the 365 days a year has, to release a major expansion for Forza Horizon 5, the game we played together back then. I’d like to imagine he would have loved to give a go to this together.

Of course I had a very rough time trying to finish this piece. It had a direction that then changed dramatically. I just couldn't sit down with it He loved the R33 (actually, everything JDM). I was thinking of him while doing this and it has so much more meaning now.

This one is for you, Mariano. Wherever you are, my friend, I hope it's with real cars, model cars, airbrushes and Gundams.
