About the illustration:

This is not my usual style, but I always loved the watercolour look and I decided to give it a try myself. I know it’s not perfect, or even close to my best work, but after seeing Leland so many times in pictures, you now get to see him in artwork! How cool is that?

I’ve used Max Ulichney’s Watercolor MaxPack in Procreate for this, while loosely following (as in I lack the skill to do better haha) Nicholas Kole’s Procreate Watercolor Tutorial when painting. For Leland’s actual basic sketching and overall look, I followed Christina Barton’s How to draw a cat tutorial.
